Requirements
Must:
- Proven hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server
- Experience with Delinea Server Suite
- Familiarity with Delinea Just Enough Privilege (JEP)
- Experience in integrating PAM with Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra
- Knowledge of integrating with ServiceNow and network devices
- Strong understanding of privileged credential lifecycle management
- Experience working in Azure and/or AWS environments
- Capability to manage firewall connectivity requests
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Willingness to be part of on-call rotation
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and associated components
- Integrate databases, ServiceNow, and network devices with the PAM vault
- Implement and oversee privileged credential vaulting, rotation, and lifecycle procedures
- Configure and customize existing PAM integrations to fulfill business needs
- Troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and resolve PAM-related incidents
- Manage and request firewall configurations necessary for PAM connectivity
- Collaborate with teams in networking, security, infrastructure, and applications
- Monitor system performance, apply necessary patches/upgrades, and enhance overall functionality
- Provide on-call support for incidents and outages related to PAM systems
- Maintain thorough documentation regarding system configurations, integrations, and procedures
