Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a business analyst in software implementations or deployments
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Oracle database
- Expertise in Excel, including the use of macros
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, principles, and terminology
- Extensive experience in data profiling, analysis, and querying
- Background in data integration projects
- In-depth experience in developing detailed functional and technical requirements
- Knowledge of data science concepts and experience in gathering data requirements
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps, preferably Azure DevOps
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with automated testing tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, including both employees and consultants
- Exceptional communication skills across various technical and business levels
- Proven organizational and management capabilities
- Strong adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Review the existing application and codebase to comprehend the applications functionality and processes
- Conduct data profiling, quality checks, querying, cleanup, and mapping activities
- Develop interface requirements and specifications
- Create test scenarios, plans, and scripts
- Define, document, and manage detailed requirements, both functional and technical, including storyboards, wireframes, and use cases
- Gather, analyze, and document business processes
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Present and facilitate productive meetings while documenting outcomes
- Drive the development of an application support plan, RACI, and support handover documents
