We are seeking an individual with over five years of hands-on experience in desk support, encompassing desktop and laptop hardware, Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office 2016/Office 365 applications, Azure, mobile devices (including iPhone and Android), and VoIP Phone Services. Additionally, a minimum of five years in Server Administration, focusing on Active Directory / Directory Services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS), desktop troubleshooting, and familiarity with HP/Dell Server hardware is essential. Experience with email systems and an understanding of virtualization technologies is also required.
Candidates should possess at least three years of networking and architecture expertise, with knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS terminology, as well as practical experience with LAN/WAN security architectures. Experience supporting, deploying, and configuring Hypervisors (such as Hyper V and VMware) is also needed. Certifications including CompTIA+, CompTIA Server+, Network+, and Security+ are crucial, with the understanding that those without them will enter a probationary period until they are obtained.
Additional expectations include proficiency in resolving issues related to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office as well as a robust understanding of WAN/LAN troubleshooting. A deep understanding of OSPF, BGP routing protocols, and the ability to configure and manage firewalls and switches is necessary. Familiarity with SAN technologies and advanced server architecture knowledge is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead advanced projects internally and externally, identifying project planning needs and crafting tailored courses of action for our clients. I am responsible for successfully delivering projects on time, ensuring client satisfaction while providing regular updates through the Infinity Project Management platform.
As a proactive leader and communicator, I will manage client relationships, ensuring our teams meet or exceed expectations. I will also mentor colleagues, imparting my knowledge of IT applications and customer service best practices. Troubleshooting technical issues will be a regular part of my duties, as well as documenting projects and resolutions clearly for various stakeholders. I will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our infrastructure and must be available for after-hours calls and participate in an on-call rotation as necessary.

Our compensation range for this role is between $90,000.00 to $145,000.00 annually, with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, with after-hours on-call duties as needed.
