Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in providing end-user support.
- 1-3 years of practical desktop support experience, including:
- Desktop and laptop hardware.
- MS Windows 10 and 11.
- MS Office 2016/Office 365 applications.
- Mobile devices (i.e., iPhone, Android, etc.).
- VoIP Phone Services (Hosted VoIP Solutions).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable discussing technology needs with clients and making recommendations.
- Capability to troubleshoot issues from start to finish and report back with root causes and suggestions.
- Proficiency in resolving concerns related to Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, printing, desktop hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Experience using a ticketing system and supplying quality updates to clients and internal teams.
- Eagerness and willingness to embrace additional responsibilities as required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support via phone, remote access, or on-site visits as needed.
- Provide help desk assistance for desktop-related issues.
- Maintain system updates through operating system upgrades.
- Manage troubleshooting for system errors.
- Assess IT issues, covering hardware maintenance, software, connectivity, and networking.
- Adjust configurations, utilities, and software when necessary.
- Set up new desktops and laptops from initiation to completion.
- Address, respond to, and update tickets within the Ticketing Systems.
- Document issues and solutions in IT Documentation Systems.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
