Requirements
Must:
- Experience in ServiceNow testing
- Proficient hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Background in manual regression and functional testing
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM (preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement test cases utilizing the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Conduct manual functional and regression testing within the ServiceNow platform
- Validate new features, enhancements, and corrective measures
- Identify, document, and track defects until resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers and Business Analysts to assure quality outcomes
Description
