- Experience in enterprise application support or business systems is a plus
- Familiarity with ticket management or request handling tools
- Background in IT, software or professional services is advantageous

- Regularly communicate status updates to clients
- Ensure requests are handled and closed within reasonable timeframes
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of support cases
