Requirements

Must:
- Strong communication and client service capabilities - Ability to excel in a dynamic, team-focused atmosphere - Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and networking basics - Basic awareness of IT security and remote support applications - CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent practical experience (certification needed within 120 days of employment) - CompTIA Security+ certification required within 120 days of employment - Preferred: 2+ years of experience in service desk/help desk roles (experience with managed service providers is advantageous) - Preferred: CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MS-900 certification - Preferred: Experience with RMM/PSA platforms such as ConnectWise or AutoTask

Responsibilities

- Provide both remote and, at times, on-site technical assistance to clients, including law firms and professional service organizations - Manage incoming support requests through phone and email, generating and prioritizing service tickets - Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and standard business applications - Accurately document all tasks in real-time using our ticketing system, including time entries and status updates - Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal teams throughout the support lifecycle - Strive to meet or surpass service level goals regarding response times, resolutions, CSAT/NPS scores, and ticket closure rates - Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and runbook documentation - Engage in daily standup meetings and collaborative team activities - Assist with incident response protocols as required - Support project initiatives as necessary - Participate in the on-call rotation whenever needed
