Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Proven background in the aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Solid experience in financial modeling, operational analysis, process enhancement, and data analytics utilizing tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, Six Sigma, or proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, or Microsoft Project (preferred).
- Understanding of ERP/MRP systems (preferred).
- Experience in supporting government contracts, defense initiatives, or commercial aerospace projects (preferred).
- Knowledge in driving process standardization and fostering strategic alignment across different departments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analyses and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and present findings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on projects.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and standardization efforts.
- Assist in managing projects related to government contracts and aerospace programs.
- Create clear documentation of analyses, findings, and recommendations.
