Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Over 5 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer
- Proven success in deploying significant Machine Learning solutions at scale, collaborating across teams
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- A proactive attitude with a sense of ownership in technical and product areas
- Familiarity and practical experience with Deep Learning Libraries (e.g., Torch, TensorFlow)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve search algorithms for better accuracy and user experience
- Experiment with and enhance Proof of Concept Machine Learning models, scaling them for production and conducting A/B tests to refine matching technology
- Set project priorities, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of goals and outcomes
- Mentor and support the growth of software engineers, data scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers within teams
- Decompose large Machine Learning projects into manageable components that deliver incremental business value, guiding the team through implementation
- Represent our company at prestigious Machine Learning conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR
