Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning with effective results in production applications.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive knowledge of AI platforms, infrastructure, and production ML systems.
- Proven ability to lead and provide technical guidance in high-performance, fast-paced tech environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of simplifying complex AI/ML concepts for diverse audiences.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI & ML from academia, industry, and open-source sectors, applying this knowledge to enhance products and platforms.
- Commitment to Responsible AI and addressing Environmental, Social, and Governance concerns in AI.
Responsibilities
- Offer technical standards and guidance on all components of the AI platform and product development, covering evaluation, optimization, safety, and deployment.
- Cultivate a culture that values innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.
- Enhance quality through the application of advanced techniques and methodologies.
- Develop AI products that substantially benefit job seekers and employers.
- Ensure ethical AI practices by establishing governance frameworks, monitoring model performance, and addressing biases and risks.
- Collaborate closely with the AI product team to shape the vision for the AI Platform and Indeeds advanced AI-based offerings.
- Spearhead the development of Indeeds ML platforms, which include the shared fact/feature store, ML operations, and model management systems.
