Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient understanding of applicable operating systems, including PC and MAC
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Effective troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily duties
- Knowledgeable about current advancements in security (Hitrust/SOC2)
- Friendly and approachable demeanor in the workplace
- Genuine enthusiasm for assisting the Autism community
Responsibilities
- Review diagnostics and evaluate the operation and efficiency of systems
- Enforce security protocols in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Monitor security certificates and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide technical support to team members and resolve computer-related issues
- Install and update software and hardware for the organization as necessary
- Anticipate and communicate the costs associated with replacing or updating computer equipment
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
