Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in CAD and blueprint interpretation
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or civil engineering or a related STEM discipline
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Open to acquiring new software skills and knowledge
Responsibilities
- Utilize phone, email, and remote tools to establish rapport and address customer issues regarding our CAD and PDF software
- Provide training to both new and existing users via MS Teams
- Support the implementation of new software features for our expanding customer base
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to ensure positive customer experiences
- Assist in developing new training materials
