Technology Architect - Cloud & DevOps

- U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual obligations - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) is preferred - Over 5 years of professional experience, including supervising a technology development initiative in a business or intelligence environment - Proven expertise in areas such as secure software development, embedded systems security, cryptography, vulnerability assessment, endpoint security, network security, cloud security, and malware analysis - Previous experience in negotiating milestone-based Statements of Work contracts - Candidates with an active top-secret clearance are preferred; at a minimum, candidates must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information - A commitment to learning about new technologies and their strategic benefits - Practical development experience in one or more of the following: programming in Python, JavaScript, Golang, or Rust; assembly code programming in VHDL; cloud computing platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure; REST APIs; and machine learning techniques - Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, summarize findings, and present recommendations to non-technical stakeholders - Experience in startup or entrepreneurial settings, demonstrating the ability to excel in a non-traditional environment - Comfort in presenting intricate technology topics to both technical and non-technical audiences - Previous work with the US Intelligence Community is a plus - Strong writing skills, with experience in both technical and proposal/contract writing being preferred
