Cyber Technology Architect

- U.S. Citizenship is required - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) preferred - Over 5 years of professional experience in managing technology development efforts in a business or intelligence setting - Proven expertise in areas such as secure software development, embedded systems security, cryptography, vulnerability assessment, endpoint security, network security, cloud security, and malware analysis - Experience in negotiating milestone-based Statements of Work contracts - Candidates with active top-secret clearance are preferred; at a minimum, eligibility for access to classified information is necessary - Strong commitment to ongoing learning of new technologies and their strategic implications - Practical development experience in areas including: - Programming in Python, JavaScript, Golang, or Rust - Assembly code programming in VHDL - Cloud computing platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure - REST APIs - Machine learning techniques - Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, produce concise analyses, and present solutions to non-technical stakeholders - Background in startup or entrepreneurial environments with a proven ability to excel in non-traditional settings - Comfortable communicating intricate technology topics to diverse audiences - Previous engagement with the US Intelligence Community - Experienced writer in both technical and proposal/contract writing
