Requirements
Must:
- BS degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the industry
- Familiarity with developing test plans and integrating complex systems
- Proficient in breaking down customer requirements for product development
- Proven experience with MBSE standards and practices
- Advanced expertise in SysML
- Practical knowledge of Cameo
- Strong comprehension of the V-Model related to requirements management and system integration
- Capability to convert intricate digital models into clear technical documentation for executive presentations and MIL-STD compliance
- Hands-on experience with C++ and/or Java
Responsibilities
- Conduct design, requirements development, software support, and verification and validation tasks
- Manage data analysis, requirements development, and assist with software integration and testing
- Derive and break down requirements; track, validate, and verify them
- Work collaboratively as part of an Agile team to achieve program performance goals through issue investigation and resolution
- Ensure adherence to technical, schedule, and cost constraints for assigned responsibilities

At In-Depth Engineering, we are looking for SysML Modeling Engineers to contribute to our Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) development initiatives. BMD serves as the key sea-based element of the U.S. missile defense framework, merging various capabilities through an advanced command and control system. We offer a competitive salary range from $85,000 to $150,000, along with generous PTO, a comprehensive health insurance package, and a Safe Harbor 401(k) program.
