Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance required
- Bachelors degree in Systems Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant roles
- Proficient in Linux RHEL
- Experience with Bash/Python scripting
- Familiarity with cybersecurity container hardening and response automation
- Experience in integrating and configuring tools such as Splunk, Syslog-ng, Ansible, Zabbix, Aide, iptables, Identity Management, Host Intrusion Detection, and Application Whitelisting
- Strong technical writing abilities
- Agile and Jira experience preferred
- Linux+ Certification is a plus
- Experience with Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes is desirable
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and define system compliance security requirements
- Conduct trade studies on cybersecurity products to assess their suitability for combat systems
- Integrate cybersecurity products into embedded systems by creating software scripts and other coding solutions
- Develop, test, assess, and troubleshoot cybersecurity-related capabilities
- Maintain all cybersecurity tools used within the system design
- Contribute to associated documentation and manuals
