Requirements
Must:
- 2–5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider setting
- Background in supporting diverse client environments
- Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving skills in cloud platforms and networking
- Ability to deliver both remote and on-site assistance
- Dependable transportation for client visits in the DC metro region
- LinkedIn profile required for application
Technical Skills needed:
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID
- Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Expertise in Active Directory and user identity management
- Skills in troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
- Experience with RMM tools like Datto, NinjaOne, or Kaseya
- Proficiency in Intune or similar endpoint management tools
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and address infrastructure and cloud-related concerns
- Provide technical support remotely and on-site for client networks
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Assist with Windows Server and Active Directory operations
- Diagnose networking issues including connectivity and DNS complications
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting, deployments, and hardware maintenance
- Monitor systems utilizing RMM tools
- Document the steps taken during troubleshooting and system configurations
