- 1-3 years of relevant professional IT support experience - Experience in managing end users within business settings - Proficiency in troubleshooting and deploying Windows PCs - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration - Knowledge of Active Directory user and group management - Experience with file server or SharePoint folder access and permissions - Skills in network and VPN connectivity troubleshooting - Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple support tickets simultaneously - Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration

Responsibilities

- Provide remote and occasional in-person IT assistance to end users - Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows computers (hardware and software) - Set up and deploy new computers and peripherals - Assist with mobile device setup (email, MFA, and configuration) - Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding processes - Manage Active Directory users and groups - Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 user accounts and licensing - Set up and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - Address basic issues related to Exchange Online and email - Support file access and permissions in Windows file server, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments - Troubleshoot network and connectivity challenges, both wired and wireless - Assist with VPN connection issues and remote access problems - Conduct basic server troubleshooting (not involving design or builds) - Work with business-class networking/security solutions such as Ubiquiti, Cisco, HP Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, and SonicWall - Accurately document all actions taken within our ticketing system - Appropriately escalate more complex or advanced issues as needed
