Requirements
Must:
- 1–3 years of professional IT support experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows PC troubleshooting and deployment
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
- Proficient in managing Active Directory users and groups
- Knowledge of file server and SharePoint access permissions
- Skills in troubleshooting network and VPN connectivity
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support tickets
- Commitment to ongoing learning and certification in evolving technologies
- Excellent communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to address clients IT challenges, escalating complex issues as needed
- Provide remote, phone, and on-site support to end users
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
- Configure and troubleshoot end-user computer hardware and Windows server operating systems
- Administer Microsoft 365, including user creation and licensing
- Support mobile device configuration and troubleshooting
- Conduct user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage Active Directory users and group settings
- Address and resolve basic Exchange Online issues
- Facilitate file access and permissions in various environments such as SharePoint and OneDrive
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity problems
- Assist with VPN connections and remote access issues
- Document all actions clearly in the ticketing system
- Escalate advanced issues to senior engineers when required
