IT Support Specialist II

- I have experience in an active technology-oriented IT role, and prior experience in a Managed Service Provider environment is preferred. - I possess a solid understanding of various Information Technology domains, including but not limited to cloud services, networking, desktops and laptops, backup and recovery, servers, security, and storage. - I have strong knowledge of Microsoft’s Cloud Solutions. - I excel in time management, allowing me to prioritize multiple tasks effectively while paying close attention to detail. - I am a critical thinker who utilizes logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of equivalent solutions. - I am a team player, self-motivated, and capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues. - I communicate well and can engage with a diverse range of clients. - I possess strong problem-solving skills. - I have an understanding of industry best practices. - I have experience working with vendors, suppliers, and partners. - I demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. - I am willing to travel to clients in and around the Chicagoland area. - I maintain a robust working knowledge of Kaseya MSP platforms and Autotask.
