Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Strong knowledge of M365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls
- Familiarity with ConnectWise and NinjaOne is advantageous
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes
Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 2 support for M365 services, servers, firewalls, and networking
- Oversee and enhance Active Directory, Group Policy, and CIS-enabled security measures
- Implement backup solutions and manage server environments
- Facilitate technical onboarding setups for new clients and users
- Collaborate with Level 3 teams on intricate projects and enhancements
