IT Cyber Security Architect/Engineer

- Extensive experience in Tealeaf installation, upgrades, and patching - Proficient in configuring and managing Tealeaf data processing pipelines - Solid background in Tealeaf implementation, administration, and configuration including PCA, Canisters, Portal, and Replay server (3-5 years minimum) - Experience with Tealeaf analytics and replay configuration, encompassing events, dimensions, privacy rules, and replay rules (3-5 years minimum) - Strong understanding of website and web server architecture, as well as cloud computing technologies, including web 2.0 (JSON, JavaScript) - Excellent professional communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on delivering value - Experience in deep-dive data analysis with Tealeaf, presenting actionable business insights (3-5 years minimum) - Proven ability to collaborate with development teams on Tealeaf-compatible pages and APIs - Capable of performing data analysis on web-related inquiries for both business and IT, identifying insights, and conveying findings - Strong troubleshooting skills regarding Tealeaf replay fidelity issues, optimizing configurations, and collaborating with web teams on necessary changes - Adept at working efficiently with both local and remote teams, managing follow-up on various issues/questions - Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud implementations of Tealeaf - Basic knowledge of Splunk - A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years of relevant experience - Bachelors degree from an accredited College/University in a relevant field is mandatory; otherwise, an additional four years of related experience is required - Typically capable of performing all functional responsibilities independently. - Note: Specific credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level based on the case specifics.
