Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of management experience in IT systems and support
- Proficiency in complex TCP/IP network configurations
- Experience with VLAN and layer 3 switching
- Knowledge of virtualized hardware and enterprise storage solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructures, preferably Azure
- Familiarity with Windows 11 PC imaging and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Hyper-V, SharePoint, and SQL Server management
- Understanding of Cisco switching and security best practices
Responsibilities
- Oversee the network systems and support desk teams
- Engage as part of the IT Management team in strategic planning initiatives
- Act as a project coordinator alongside the IT PMO manager as required for various technical projects
- Serve as the subject matter expert in network systems design and security
- Manage cloud systems and network operations within the agency for optimal performance
