Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of financial accounting transaction evaluations
- Process all banking transactions related to Accounts Payable and Payroll for all campuses within Maricopa Community Colleges
- Manage the annual Unclaimed Property reporting to the state of Arizona
- Handle various banking tasks, including supply management, daily exception reviews, deposit correction reviews, and monthly bank downloads
- Maintain, verify, and oversee accounts, files, documents, and records
- Provide Treasury-related support and assistance to students and staff

We are Idealforce, currently offering a contract position for a Fiscal Specialist to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This is a hybrid role intended for local candidates. The Fiscal Specialist will be an integral part of our Controllers office and will engage in key financial activities.
