Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel administration (mandatory)
- Profound knowledge of GHL workflows, triggers, form routing, and calendar settings
- Adept in utilizing AI for troubleshooting
- Familiar with Meta Ads and Facebook Business Manager
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website content updates
- Experience interacting directly with clients, not limited to backend roles
- Awareness of DNS, domain hosting, and email routing
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary GHL expert for our venue clients
- Troubleshoot and optimize GHL setups through Slack and Zoom
- Diagnose and resolve client issues regarding bookings, workflows, and calendar management
- Conduct audits on form routing and notification workflows to ensure accuracy
- Implement website updates as per client requests, adhering to deadlines
- Adjust phone settings for call forwarding and alert configurations
- Manage multiple client communications concurrently in Slack
