Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer information systems, business administration, finance
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
- 5 years of experience supporting enterprise-wide software systems
- 3 years of leadership experience in a team environment (preferred)
- 5 years supporting major business systems/applications (preferred)
- 3 years of project management experience (preferred)
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- IT Service Management Foundations certification (preferred)
- Specialized certifications in Change, Configuration, PMP, Agile/SCRUM (preferred)
- Knowledge of traditional and advanced analytic practices, including machine learning and generative AI
- Familiarity with reporting and analytic tools such as SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Azure Machine Learning
- Understanding of data strategy including governance, literacy, and use case management
- Strategy development, work management, and technical problem resolution skills
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performance team focused on developing and maintaining analytic solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data for insightful decision-making
- Create descriptive reports, dynamic visualizations, and predictive models
- Contribute to solidifying our Enterprise Data Strategy and enhancing data governance
- Coordinate with IT leaders to ensure compliance with established development standards
- Manage project delivery and adapt to changing business needs
- Aid in work intake, prioritization, capacity planning, resource allocation, and budget management
- Foster a culture of reliability, affordability, and exceptional customer service in our energy solutions
