Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science combined with 1 year of relevant experience or formal hands-on training
- Alternatively, 5 years of directly relevant experience or formal hands-on training
- Senior role requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science with 3 years of relevant experience or formal hands-on training
- Alternatively, 7 years of directly relevant experience or formal hands-on training
- Desirable certifications in Project Management and/or programming languages
- Proficiency in computer programming concepts, relational databases, programming languages, and system design
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to service customer needs effectively
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technologies swiftly
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and provide ongoing support for custom applications and integrations
- Utilize Microsofts development stack including .NET, .NET Framework, and .NET MAUI for secure, scalable solutions
- Develop both internal and customer-facing applications using ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and Web APIs
- Engage in problem analysis, solution development, action planning, and implementation coordination with fellow developers and system analysts
- For senior role, act as a technical expert or project lead, overseeing the work of junior developers

We are seeking two Application Development Analysts or Seniors to enrich our Information Technology team during this exciting phase of our growth. Our efforts are pivotal in providing dependable and clean energy to the communities we serve in Idaho and Oregon. This position is based in downtown Boise, where we promote flexible schedules and allow up to 40% remote work. Aside from fulfilling meaningful work, we provide a competitive salary range of $96,595.20 to $145,412.80 annually, complemented by advantageous benefits, a 401k employer-match, a pension plan, and an employee incentive program, making us one of the premier employers in the state.
