Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or relevant experience of 0-1 year in associated systems
- Strong manual dexterity for tasks such as processing paperwork, filing, and handling materials
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift supplies weighing between 20-40 pounds
- Capable of performing repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Proficient in using standard office equipment including computers, calculators, telephones, copiers, and fax machines
- Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to secure employment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical support resource for end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve workstation and user-related issues
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware and related systems
- Execute various tasks that require manual dexterity, including filing and typing
- Operate standard office machines effectively
- Complete additional duties as assigned that are relevant to the role
