Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of experience as a project manager in software development Agile projects.
- Project Management Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), etc.
- Proficiency with Jira and defect management processes.
- Familiarity with DAM, E-Commerce, or CMS platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in managing software engineering projects through the entire development life cycle.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and an ability to adapt project management approaches accordingly.
- Significant experience with the Jira project management tool.
- Proven consultancy skills, with a capacity to align with client business objectives.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of guiding cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to adjust to evolving project requirements and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive project plans along with necessary communication documents.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and management of platform solutions to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products and features that align with our strategic goals and market needs.
- Foster and maintain relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project status to all stakeholders.
- Offer consultancy services to clients, guiding them on how to utilize DAM, CMS, or ECOMM in alignment with their business objectives.
- Formulate and present platform strategies that resonate with clients goals and operational processes.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation strategies are in place.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, complying with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide user training and support for platform systems, enabling efficient usage to meet user needs.
- Monitor project performance and deliver regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Recognize and implement enhancements for project management and content services practices.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived.
