Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 to 10 complete end-to-end projects in ETL/integration/system requirements
- Proficient in ETL design, configuration, and development
- Strong background in database data modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Performance Tuning
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and flat file processing
- Exposure to Big Data and Cloud technologies is a plus
- Knowledgeable about software development lifecycles and methodologies, particularly Agile
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate all aspects of job requirements effectively, including formal documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Capable of working efficiently both independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end ETL projects from requirements gathering to implementation
- Design and configure ETL processes and tools
- Develop and optimize database data models
- Conduct performance tuning to enhance system efficiency
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables
- Create comprehensive documentation to detail technical specifications and project progress
- Present findings and updates to various teams and management
- Stay informed about industry trends related to Big Data and Cloud technologies
