Requirements
Must:
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and fundamental networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft productivity tools and general business software
- Prior experience with Help Desk or ticketing systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with great attention to detail
- Capability to collaborate and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort in handling physical aspects of the role, such as lifting equipment and running cables
- Commitment to professionalism, service excellence, and continuous improvement
- Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and user account management
- Bonus: Familiar with remote support tools and network monitoring systems
- Bonus: Previous experience supporting multiple locations or distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level help desk support for desktop computers, mobile devices, software applications, and network connectivity
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely while escalating complex matters as necessary
- Log, track, and manage service requests using Help Desk software
- Assist with the setup and support of video conferencing and collaboration tools
- Manage user accounts and system access in line with company policies
- Maintain precise inventory records of hardware, software, and licenses
- Aid in the installation of computer workstations, phones, and related equipment
- Support basic network troubleshooting using monitoring tools
- Revise and update IT procedures and documentation
- Provide outstanding internal customer service while juggling multiple priorities
- Occasionally travel to other sites for on-site assistance as required
