Requirements

Must:
- Hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow, including Service Portal components. - Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs. - Familiarity with incident management processes and case management systems. - Experience in supporting data migration initiatives and validating extensive datasets. - Solid understanding of role-based access control and best practices in system security. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile, and results-oriented environment. - Preferred: Experience integrating ServiceNow with contact center technologies, such as NICE CXone or similar. - Preferred: Background in migrating from legacy systems, especially Oracle-based platforms. - Preferred: Exposure to federal or public sector environments. - Preferred: Knowledge in developing reporting and dashboards within ServiceNow. - Preferred: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Configure and implement ServiceNow platform functionalities, including Service Portal components, to enhance hotline services. - Develop and establish email incident threading for efficient case tracking and uninterrupted communication. - Create web-based intake forms for incident reporting via the Service Portal. - Integrate ServiceNow with NICE CXone to facilitate the handling of telephone incidents. - Set up assignment groups, routing protocols, and escalation workflows within the system. - Maintain essential audit trails, ensuring notes and communication history remain intact. - Preserve search capabilities and relevance, as well as existing user roles, permissions, and access levels. - Design and create operational dashboards and reporting views tailored to the needs of business users and stakeholders. - Collaborate with the team to ensure successful migration and validation of critical data sets, including incidents, knowledge articles, and user accounts. - Assist in resolving data discrepancies and safeguarding data accuracy following migration. - Engage in system and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, supporting the identification and troubleshooting of defects. - Validate that all configurations and integrations adhere to functional and performance criteria.
