Requirements
Must:
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft desktop systems (Windows 7 and later)
- Strong understanding of Windows Server environments
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and Office 365
- Knowledge of networking technologies (IP addressing, NAT, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Switching L2/L3, SD-WAN)
- Working knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra/Intune (cloud services, identity management, device management)
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 migrations and management
- Outstanding customer service skills, professionalism, and interpersonal abilities
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in providing IT support (preferably within an MSP or as an IT Consultant, though not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their IT-related needs
- Conduct on-site visits
- Resolve service tickets remotely
- Plan and execute projects
- Contribute to the support and operation of clients IT systems
- Design, implement, maintain, and support computer networks and infrastructure
- Ensure the delivery of best-in-class service and technical expertise to clients
