Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of security principles and risk management across various business settings
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure with extensive experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and mail flow along with troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with firewalls, VLANs, and solid networking fundamentals
- Experience with server environments and application troubleshooting, specifically regarding printing
- Comprehension of least privilege access and identity concepts, emphasizing the rationale behind decisions
- Ability to define problems, strategize work plans, and adjust as necessary
- Capability to manage both projects and helpdesk tasks efficiently throughout the week
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues such as AVD for clients on Monday mornings
- Configure and align new clients to our M365, Intune, and Entra security baselines post-lunch
- Address various user inquiries, like those related to SharePoint, and log follow-up tickets
- Deploy switches and access points for onsite client needs on Tuesdays
- Conduct regular client site visits and manage varying work environments
- Maintain accurate time records and document actions for accountability
- Solve practical problems for clients and adjust schedules according to their needs
- Collaborate effectively with business owners and senior partners when engaging with clients
