Requirements
Must:
- At least 1 year of practical IT support experience
- Fundamental understanding of Windows and macOS
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking concepts (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for client support inquiries via phone, email, and remote tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and elementary networking challenges
- Install and set up PCs, printers, and scanners
- Aid with Microsoft 365, manage user accounts, and handle password resets
- Record all activities in the ticketing system
- Refer complex issues to senior technicians
- Assist with client onboarding and the deployment of workstations

We are currently seeking a full-time IT Help Desk Support professional to become part of our internal team.
