Requirements
Must:
- I hold a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) with over a year of experience in an IT setting.
- I have received training/certification in CompTIA A+ Core 2019 and Mac Integration Basics (preferred).
- I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- I can type at least 40 words per minute.
- I am driven to resolve issues permanently.
- I have a desire to work for an incredible company that serves amazing clients.
- Please note, this position is not remote; I must be able to work in the office.
Responsibilities
- I am responsible for fixing various issues for our clients, ranging from password resets to firewall configurations and everything in between.
- I create service tickets based on incoming phone inquiries.
- I review and assess all available or assigned service tickets on the relevant team boards using the documented procedures.
- I resolve, reclassify, or escalate all available or assigned tickets according to the documented processes.
- I ensure all commitments, work completed and/or needed, and any communications are properly recorded in the relevant electronic system using the documented procedures.
- I communicate clearly and regularly with clients, managing their expectations effectively.
- I carefully examine each device I’m working on to ensure that all documentation, agents, updates, and locations are accurate.
- I resolve assigned tickets and ensure that the client’s expectations are met.
- I identify patterns and issues in processes and delivery.
