Requirements
Must:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Capability to perform well in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment
- Proficient in managing Microsoft 365
- Proven experience in Help Desk support roles
- Advanced skills in troubleshooting, multitasking, and problem-solving
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies
- Ability to operate independently and autonomously
- Quick learner with a commitment to personal growth
- Experience with IT documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base management
- Knowledge of RMM tools and PSA platforms is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum of two years of troubleshooting experience necessary
- Technical certifications are a plus
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
- Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components
- Repair or replace malfunctioning hardware
- Upgrade systems to ensure compatibility with software
- Travel to client locations as needed
- Effectively escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support
- Document processes, solutions, and client-specific settings to develop and sustain an accurate knowledge base
- Manage and resolve support tickets, providing timely updates and solutions to clients
- Offer support and troubleshoot across various client environments

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-reliant IT Support Technician to become a vital part of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this position, youll be a trusted technical advisor for numerous clients, adeptly resolving issues while independently documenting processes and solutions.
