Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
- Proficiency in Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, and security configurations
- Strong diagnostic skills across cloud platforms, networks, endpoints, and server systems
- Experience collaborating with small to medium-sized businesses or mid-market entities
- Capability to take full ownership of technical challenges from identification to resolution
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation practices and appreciation for structured processes
- Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
- Interest in cybersecurity, Microsoft cloud technologies, and ongoing self-improvement
Responsibilities
- Administer, secure, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments
- Provide support for Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, endpoint administration, and identity safeguarding
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to servers, networks, workstations, cloud services, and Microsoft solutions
- Lead or assist with technical projects, system deployments, and enhancements for clients
- Manage escalated support cases requiring advanced troubleshooting
- Enhance cybersecurity controls, technical standards, and client alignment
- Create precise documentation, standardized procedures, and actionable technical plans
- Mentor fellow team members and contribute to building collective technical knowledge
- Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
