Requirements
Must:
- RCDD Certification (BICSI)
- Over 5 years of experience in ELV/ICT/IT design, with a preference for healthcare or senior living sectors
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam
- Familiar with Genetec, Salto, Sargent, Cisco, and Microsoft Teams Phone
- Strong knowledge of building automation protocols and system interoperability
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Design and document ELV systems such as:
- Access control (both wired and wireless: Salto, Sargent)
- Video surveillance systems (including Genetec and ALPR)
- Intercom systems
- Structured cabling and fiber optic infrastructure
- Develop IT and ICT designs for:
- Microsoft Teams Phone
- Cisco CUCM/CUC/IMP and Webex platforms
- Analog voice gateway integrations
- Emergency alert systems
- Create and uphold CSI MasterFormat specifications (Divisions 27 & 28)
- Produce comprehensive drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation
- Collaborate with internal partners, vendors, and contractors
- Assist in RFP developments and proposal evaluations
- Ensure adherence to healthcare facility standards (NFPA, HIPAA, UL)
