Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience with relational database systems such as Oracle and Postgres
- At least 2 years of experience in Data or Information Architecture
- Understanding of Data Governance processes
- Minimum of 3 years supervising technical teams
- Proven track record in managing complex projects
- Capability to provide technical guidance and manage personnel
- Preferred: Proficiency in data classification
- Preferred: Experience in establishing and maintaining standards and best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of data models and maintain the data catalog
- Ensure data is standardized, consistent, and effectively cataloged with appropriate business stewards identified
- Plan resources for all projects, including PMO, IT, and team initiatives
- Provide daily supervision and technical direction to the team
- Create and implement Data Architecture and Data Governance strategies and roadmaps
