Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing AI solutions using Microsoft Azure (including Cosmos DB, Function Apps, Storage, and OpenAI).
- Strong expertise in Python and .NET within Azure Functions.
- In-depth knowledge of vector search, document embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience with Azure Key Vault, Application Insights, and secure API integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for creating and integrating business applications.
- Experienced with OpenAI models (e.g., GPT-4o, GPT-5-nano, ADA embeddings) and associated Python libraries (such as langchain, openai, tiktoken, numpy, etc.).
- Capability to oversee and enhance cloud resources, manage rate limits, and improve deployment pipelines.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, analytics, and effective communication.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AI Engineer, Solutions Architect, Data Engineer) are a plus.
- Over 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise search, chatbot development, and fostering feedback-driven AI enhancements.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the advancement and maintenance of our enterprise AI solutions, specifically enhancing our AI Enhanced Search chatbot platform.
- Oversee the ongoing improvement of our Azure-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application.
- Develop innovative AI-powered tools tailored for our customers needs.
- Promote the use of Microsoft AI technologies within our organization to ensure internal adoption and integration.
- Manage and optimize cloud resources, deployment pipelines, and rate limits effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support regarding AI best practices and methodologies.
- Document processes, troubleshoot issues, and analyze outcomes to improve overall system performance.
