Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in data engineering or comparable roles.
- Proficient in Python and SQL programming languages.
- Hands-on knowledge of distributed data processing frameworks (such as Spark or Hadoop).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices.
- Familiarity with API integrations and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and advanced analytics would be advantageous.
- Experience with healthcare data and regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and architectures for digital products.
- Develop and maintain resilient and scalable ETL processes for large datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within a regulated landscape.
- Support initiatives driven by AI and advanced analytics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related challenges across various systems and platforms.
