Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in managing large and intricate enterprise environments with diverse data sources
- Proven track record in designing and executing scalable data architectures
- Demonstrated ability to interpret business requirements and deliver technical data solutions
- 5+ years of practical experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data
- 5+ years in utilizing IBM Knowledge Catalog, including support for DataStage migration
- 5+ years involved with IBM Manta
- Experience in defining and implementing data architecture standards and industry best practices
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data solutions within Master Data Management and Information Services settings
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to convert complex data into actionable insights
- Construct and enhance data pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts
- Establish and enforce data architecture standards, best practices, and governance policies
- Transform business needs into scalable, efficient data solutions
- Create dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to assist in decision-making
- Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate data effectiveness and impact on business
- Guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across multiple systems
- Mentor and instruct stakeholders on effective data use for analysis and decision-making

This position, which offers a hybrid work schedule with 2 days on-site each week, presents an exciting opportunity to work with modern data platforms, influence data strategy, and transform critical business decision-making through data.
