Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience creating low-to-no-code solutions with OnBase, adhering to Hyland best practices and design methodologies
- Expertise with Workview standalone applications, workflow standalone lifecycles, combined workflow/workview solutions, and document composition templates
- Proven problem-solving skills in troubleshooting existing OnBase solutions with minimal documentation
- Strong background in working directly with business users to resolve production issues promptly and accurately
- Proficient in formulating and revising business process and technical documentation
- Current or recently renewed OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) certification within the last 4 years
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, through various mediums
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and task management capabilities
- Willingness to actively engage in both business requirements gathering sessions and technical reviews
- (Preferred) Background in state and/or local government
- (Preferred) IT Service Management (ITIL) certification
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Jira and Windows Server administration
- (Preferred) Understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
- (Preferred) Knowledge of records retention processes
- (Preferred) Experience with OnBase Reporting Dashboards, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft SharePoint, and database reporting
- (Preferred) Any CompTIA certifications
Responsibilities
- Provide user support, triaging issues and ensuring timely resolution of assigned tickets
- Identify patterns in ticket submissions to determine root causes and propose enhancements
- Comprehend business needs to achieve desired results while adhering to organizational policies and protocols
- Propose and showcase conceptual designs to enhance user experience
- Configure and design modules with high quality using a low-to-no-code approach, with limited oversight
- Communicate essential updates and necessary changes to management appropriately
- Recommend improvements to enhance existing solutions
- Maintain standard development environment requirements, including documentation and task tracking
- Assist with other IT team initiatives as required

We are currently seeking an On-Base Administrator/Developer to support, maintain, and develop new functionalities within our OnBase framework. This position is hybrid, mainly remote, but candidates must be available for onsite work when necessary. We offer a collaborative team environment, emphasizing employee engagement and growth.
