Requirements
Must:
- 3 years of experience with the Zoho product suite, specifically CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules
- 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho using the Deluge scripting language
- 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho with Java
- 3+ years of experience in XML file development based on defined standards
- Understanding of systems analysis, technical documentation methods, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics methods
- Familiarity with the design, development, and implementation of integration tools for enterprise applications, including web services and other architectures
- Bachelors degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Assess the current Zoho environment and formulate a strategy for enhancements
- Design and create Zoho CRM applications, workflows, APIs, reports, dashboards, layouts, and integrations
- Work with project teams to estimate workloads and timeframes for fulfilling specific requirements
- Generate and implement software testing plans to facilitate migrations and changes to existing applications and systems
- Develop and update documentation as necessary for code, applications, and processes

IO Datasphere, Inc., based in Madison, WI, has been delivering project management, software development, and IT staff augmentation services since 1996. We partner with a variety of clients, including local and county governments, and businesses across the Midwest and the U.S. We are seeking a CRM Integration Specialist to enhance our Zoho implementation, which involves approximately 20 hours of work per week in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have robust experience with the Zoho product suite and Java. Our team values collaboration and innovation, and we offer a part-time contract for one year.
