Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience leading, facilitating, and coordinating business requirements gathering.
- 5+ years of experience validating requirements and assisting with functional design solutions.
- 5+ years of experience developing, executing, and documenting test plans, and managing end-user testing and acceptance, including defect tracking and resolution.
- 5+ years of experience researching, analyzing, and recommending solutions that meet business needs and align with system/software capabilities.
- Comprehensive experience in business process analysis, new business process design, quality/process improvement, and change management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (to be included on resume).
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify and develop business requirements.
- Conduct business process redefinition studies and analyze new technology applications to enhance systems services.
- Collaborate with business leads and subject matter experts to grasp organizational structure, policies, and operations for solution development.
- Define and refine metrics, creating dashboards and standard operating procedures for various projects.
- Lead and assist in executing user acceptance testing (UAT) for project initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Develop use cases and test plans to transition from current to future state definitions, validating system requirements and specifications.
- Facilitate and coordinate team meetings to prioritize work requests and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Provide training and direction to staff on best practices in business analysis and process tools.
