Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical assistance for Microsoft products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and resolve intricate technical issues involving DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and other network components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement solutions for IT challenges.
- Employ tools like Excel or Jira for tracking support tickets and managing workflow efficiently.
- Perform system diagnostics and fine-tuning of performance on Windows-based systems.
- Manage computer systems effectively to maintain optimal performance and security.
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the designated systems (e.g., Remedy) for reference.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our support capabilities.
