Lead Software Developer - Java/C#

- Oversee the technical team to develop and test code for software and systems - Facilitate meetings to interpret user requirements and design appropriate software solutions - Lead detailed design efforts with guidance from the delivery architect - Utilize expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and bugs - Collaborate with vendors and senior technical staff to resolve challenges - Design and develop enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and Azure DevOps - Integrate core solutions using Web APIs or other techniques - Escalate issues and risks to the Delivery Architect and Manager - Communicate effectively regarding development tasks and potential hindrances - Ensure compliance with development standards through code reviews - Collaborate with team members to clarify business requirements and finalize work plans - Conduct unit and integration testing for all developed code - Participate in the implementation and support transition of finished components - Assist with task identification and understanding of functional requirements - Engage in design discussions and aid in troubleshooting - Support the Operations Team during deployment across various environments - Maintain a proactive problem-solving attitude to facilitate progress - Regularly engage in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
