Requirements
Must:
- Fluent in French and English
- 3 to 5 years of experience in related positions
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Relevant networking certification and/or diploma
- Professional background in networking and IT support for Windows (including file sharing, IPs, antivirus, ports)
- Cisco CCNA certification preferred
- Experience in triaging customer support
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for medicine and medical technology
- Ability to comprehend technical aspects of INNOVAs devices to assist customers (training provided)
- Efficient work execution
- Some travel may be necessary for on-site training, trade shows, and other responsibilities
- Valid Ontario drivers license is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support in French to customers for existing equipment, including clinical, technical, and IT assistance
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Offer support and training in French to customers acquiring new equipment
- Coordinate internal service repair requirements
- Conduct quality assurance testing on equipment
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system
- Uphold high customer satisfaction standards
- May require some travel to attend trade shows as a product specialist or visit client offices for special projects
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Support Supervisor
