Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in radar system engineering, including knowledge of Electronic Attack (EA) and Electronic Protect (EP) techniques.
- Familiarity with Digital RF Memory capabilities and countermeasures.
- Proven experience in developing and documenting EP capabilities.
- Proficiency in modeling and simulating EA/EP techniques using Matlab or similar software.
- U.S. Citizenship and an active (or recently active) DoD Secret Clearance required.
- 10+ years of experience in system/software engineering, specializing in radar systems such as AN/TPY-2, SBX, Cobra Dane, or UEWR.
- Understanding of system/software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
- Experience with systems integration, simulation, and qualification testing.
- Familiarity with UNIX and/or Linux operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of top-tier Surveillance Radar programs in our Massachusetts locations.
- Support radar system concept development, architectural design, and requirements generation.
- Engage in modeling, simulations, systems analysis, integration, testing, and evaluation.
- Conduct system engineering trade studies to resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate across multi-discipline development teams located in various sites to facilitate product integration.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships pertaining to areas of responsibility.
